Developed in Angular and supported by a robust PHP backend, SportOffice manages multiple sports facilities, each with its own set of activities, customer expectations, and operational challenges. The complexity required a solution that was both flexible and robust.

  • Point of Sale: the POS module runs fast transactions, supports diverse payment methods, and enables QR-code ticket validation.
  • Swimming School: integrate and automate the process for tracking progress, letting students advance at the right pace.
  • Class Management: organize and manage group lessons, streamline setup, scheduling, and availability across a variety of classes.
  • Facility Management: manage sports areas efficiently, with flexibility to reserve an entire area or a specific segment.
  • CRM: track customer visits, interactions, and preferences to sharpen customer service.
  • Accountancy: simplify financial management and integrate specialized tools for billing, invoicing, and reporting.

Hardware integrations

The Point-of-Sale stations offer efficient service to members and support a variety of hardware integrations: Bancontact payments, ticket printers, and secure access through eID, RFID, and magnetic card readers. The system also feeds displays that inform visitors about promotions and events.

On top of payment and information, the system handles access control and visitor monitoring. These features are critical for managing entry to the different facilities within Sportoase: fitness areas, swimming pools, and other rooms.

7/7 support

SportOffice offers support seven days a week, covering both functional and technical issues. It's accessible through multiple channels: phone, email, or the online support desk. Requests are addressed as quickly as possible.
